Empower your career
We believe that knowledge is better when it’s shared — and that good ideas don’t stop at team boundaries. That’s why we actively create space for tech professionals to connect, learn, and inspire each other — both inside and outside our company.
At Schibsted & Vend Polska, growth isn’t something we do in isolation. It happens through real conversations, shared curiosity, and communities that welcome questions as much as answers. That’s why we regularly open our doors — and our minds — to others in tech.
Whether you’re an engineer, designer, data scientist or product person — if you’re curious and open to sharing, you’re in the right place. Here’s how we grow together:
Our programs
Tech Talks & Meetups
We regularly host public meetups and tech talks — covering everything from backend and frontend engineering to AI, DevOps, design systems, and product thinking. These events are open to anyone who’s curious, passionate, and eager to exchange real experiences (not just slides).
Workshops
From time to time, we organize practical workshops for smaller groups — focused on real learning, exchange and collaboration. The topics vary: sometimes they’re technical, other times they explore soft skills, communication or ways of working. Always interactive, always grounded in experience.
We also share knowledge on our blog!
Outside the spotlight, we also share what we’ve learned on our tech blog — a space where our people write about things that matter: how we ship, where we struggle, what we’re testing, and how we grow along the way. From hands-on solutions to broader reflections, our writing is an extension of our culture: transparent, collaborative, and grounded in real practice.
But sharing doesn’t end there. Inside the company, we foster a strong learning culture through mentoring, internal meetups, demo days, writing circles and community-led sessions. Everyone is encouraged to speak, write, ask and teach — regardless of seniority or role. We believe that when people have something to say, they deserve to be heard — and supported in saying it well.
Want to be part of that? Join one of our meetups, follow our blog, or check out how you can work with us.
